09.07.24 “Since Yesterday” World Premiere News!
“Since Yesterday: The Unsung Pioneers of Scottish Pop” documentary has now been completed and will have its world premiere at Edinburgh International Film Festival 2024. An interview with Louise, representing Sunset Gun (her first band with sister Dee), is included in this celebration of Scottish female musicians who have made an important contribution to the Scottish music scene and beyond. Bands include Strawberry Switchblade, His Latest Flame, and Sophisticated Boom Boom – all contemporaries of Sunset Gun. The documentary team are also in the process of finalising UK-wide distribution for Autumn 2024 and aim to gain international distribution thereafter. Tickets go on sale at 12 noon on Thursday, 11 July 2024.
